• The Industrial Walkway Mat is made of an electrically operated heating element sandwiched between two protective surfaces of flame-retardant reinforced material. 
• The mat is as durable as automobile tires and can endure harsh wear. 
• It is designed to fit most electrical outlets, including standard 120V, 240V, or 208V outlets. 
• The mat generates heat to melt snow at a rate of 2" per hour. 
• It can be secured to the ground using its built-in grommet holes. 
• The heated walkway mats are designed to be left outside for the entire winter season.
• The Industrial Walkway Mat is a stand-alone item. It does not connect to any other product.
• Each Industrial Snow-Melting Walkway Mat comes with its own ELCI plug (equipment leakage circuit interrupter).

• All mats come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
• The mats can be easily cleaned with a mild dish detergent and soft scrub brush to remove dirt, salt, or any other debris.
