Gift Cards will be delivered electronically via email to the recipient's email address provided at the time of purchase.
3. Expiration and Fees
Gift cards do not expire and have no maintenance or service fees.
4. Balance Inquiry
To check your gift card balance, visit the Gift Card Balance Page using the link sent to you in your original gift card email or contact our customer service team.
5. Refunds and Returns
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law.
If items purchased with a gift card are returned, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit or another gift card.
6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
HeatTrak is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash.
7. Limitations
Gift cards cannot be used to pay for any orders that include a subscription service.
Gift cards may be used in combination with discount codes or promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
8. Fraud
HeatTrak reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift cards or orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
