Black Anchor Kits for Residential Mats

Each Anchor Kit contains 4 black screws & 4 anchors.

All Residential HeatTrak Mats have 4 grommet holes.

2-year manufacturer's warranty 

INSTALLING ON CONCRETE OR MASONRY SURFACE:

1. Place all mats in their final use positions.
   
2. For each mat, mark the center of all 4 corner grommets on the surface, then move the mats aside so the anchor holes can be drilled.
   
3. Using a 5/16” diameter masonry bit and drill, drill a 2” deep hole at each mark.
   
4. Blow the masonry dust our of each hole.  A “Duster”-type compressed gas can works well for this.
   
5. Place one anchor in each hole and tap until flush or below flush with a hammer.
   
6. Replace the mats in position, insert a screw in each anchor, and install with a Phillips screwdriver.

When storing the mats for the off-season, replace the screws in the anchors to keep out debris.
