Agreement to Official Rules: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Entry Period: This promotion begins on September 12th, 2023 at 8 AM EST and ends on September 18th, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST.
How to Enter: Entrants can enter the giveaway by visiting https://heattrak.com/pages/sweepstakes-entry-09-2023 and following the on-screen instructions. You must remain subscribed to email and text messages for the duration of the sweepstakes to be included in the winner drawing.
Prizes: The prize is a $1500 credit to use on HeatTrak products. Credit cannot be combined with other offers and/or promotions.
Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random. Winner must redeem credit at heattrak.com by March 31st, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST.
Notification: Winners will be notified via email within 2 days after the end of the entry period.
Rights Granted: By entering, participants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, etc., for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway for any reason, including if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
