Warranty and Care
To clean, keep your hands dry before you reassemble the unit. Do not use cleaners or chemicals to clean the mat. Only use a damp cloth or sponge with mild soap. The fabric cover is machine washable. Wash in cold water, delicate cycle.
For storage, follow cleaning instructions above, remove the heating pad and store in a cool, dry, clean, and safe place.
Do not fold, stack or layer on top of itself during use.
How It Works
Pre-Operating Instructions:
When removing the unit from the package, check to see if there is any shipping damage. Please contact us immediately if the unit has any sign of damage from mishandling.
Using the Temperature Controller & Timer:
Plug into 110-120 volt AC outlet.
After plugging it in, all the indicators will illuminate for 1 second and then turn off.
Press the power button and you'll see L5 (the default temperature setting) displayed on the screen.
To adjust to your desired temperature, press the temperature button to set. Temperature level is adjustable from L1 (lowest) to L6 (highest). The default temperature level is L5. Temp range is 86 degrees to 125 degrees.
To adjust the timer, press the timer button. You can cycle through intervals of 02H, 04H, 08H, 12H, and 24H.
Controller defaults to a 12-hour shutdown timer.
Unit can be turned off during use by pressing the power button.
Load power varies according to temperature levels.
